Moderately easy
I tried this recipe, and the cookies are great! I love making these cookies for the office or to bring to a get together. They are better than the bakery!!!

Recipe:

• 4 eggs (separated)
• 8-ounce almond paste
• 12-ounce raspberry preserves
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon almond extract
• 12-ounce chocolate chips
• Food coloring: red & green
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
